I help people be the fabulous people they have always known they could be...or to at least capture the life they thought they had lost from Trauma. I work with clients all over the world.

I enjoy helping others through seminars and group coaching on Goal Setting, Time management, Leadership, Marketing, and Moving forward after a Trauma (to name a few).

My degrees are in Psychology and Sociology. I've worked in training and development, recruiting, and given seminars to many companies throughout the US. I've either worked with or been invited to work with Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Corporate Training Group, and Dale Carnegie Group to name a few. In my free time, I am a Trauma Intervention Volunteer, who gives emotional first aid to those who have lost a loved one within the first hours.
